Diebold 1042 POS Ribbon Pack

This five-pack of purple ink ribbons is built as a compatible replacement for the Diebold 00-050470-0-00-AP cartridge. It serves retailers and service teams that run Diebold 1042 or React System dot-matrix printers at point-of-sale stations. The ribbons are manufactured in ISO-9001, ISO-9002 and ISO-14001 certified facilities and are engineered for 110 V machines in North America.

Model 00-050470-0-00-AP Compatibility

The single specification that determines fit is the exact Diebold part number 00-050470-0-00-AP. These ribbons are designed to match that OEM reference for the 1042 and React System series. Using a different part number, even within the Diebold range, will result in a ribbon that does not install or print correctly.

Drop-In Replacement for Existing Hardware

Each ribbon installs directly into the printer’s existing cartridge carrier without tools or firmware changes. The compatible construction frees procurement from sourcing the original OEM cartridge while the manufacturer’s 30-day warranty covers defects. The pack quantity of five supports batch replacement cycles so the terminal stays in service.
