SuppliesMAX direct thermal labels measure 4 inches by 6 inches and ship as a two-pack with 1000 labels per roll on a 3-inch core. They are engineered as a compatible replacement for Zebra DTL4X6-3C_2PK and manufactured using new and recycled components in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. The product is designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S.

Thermal printing constraints

Direct thermal media darkens when heated, so no ribbon or toner cartridge is required inside the printer. Output is limited to monochrome black on white and can fade over time if exposed to heat, sunlight or friction. The labels are optimised for laser, copier, label, impact and inkjet systems and include a near-end indicator to reduce workflow interruptions.

Replaces Zebra OEM rolls

This pack replaces Zebra DTL4X6-3C_2PK rolls in most Zebra printers and yields up to 1000 pages at 5% coverage. The jump is worth it when you need jam-resistant, smudge-free output with permanent record-grade quality at a lower cost per label.
