Combo Pack for Brother Laser Printers

This SuppliesMax DR-510/TN-570VB combo pack contains one drum unit and three black toner cartridges for compatible Brother laser printers. It is aimed at offices and home users who want a single purchase that covers both the drum and multiple toner refills. The set replaces Brother DR-510/TN-570VB and several equivalent OEM part numbers. Buyers who need colour output or a different page yield should look elsewhere.

Thermal Noise and Power in Normal Use

The drum unit and toner cartridges are passive components that add no heat, noise or power draw beyond the printer’s own operation. They are designed for 110 V printers sold in the U.S. and install without extra cables or software. No active cooling or power management is required. Users who expect fanless or silent operation from the supply itself will find it completely inert.

Build Fit and What It Frees Up

The pack fits the listed Brother DCP, HL and MFC models including the 8040, 8045, 5130, 5140, 5150, 5170, 8120, 8220, 8440, 8640 and 8840 series. Each toner yields up to 7000 pages at five percent coverage while the drum yields up to 20000 pages. Having three toners on hand reduces the frequency of reorders and keeps the printer running longer between interventions.

Questions about this item

How do I install the DR-510 drum and TN-570 toner cartridges, and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, remove the old drum unit by pulling the green handle, unpack the new drum and each toner, shake each toner gently side to side, insert each toner into the drum until it clicks, then slide the complete assembly back into the printer until it locks.

What maintenance or replacement will this combo pack need after the included supplies run out?

Each TN-570 toner yields about 7000 pages; after three toners are used the drum unit reaches its 20000 page rated life, so you will need a new DR-510 drum and another set of TN-570 toners.

What limit appears first during continuous high-volume printing with this drum and toner set?

The toner cartridges reach their 7000 page yield before the drum reaches its 20000 page rating, so toner replacement is the first limit you will hit under sustained use.
