Compatible Purple Ribbon Pack

The SuppliesMax ERC-38P pack contains six purple ink ribbons built to match OEM specifications for Epson ERC-38P printers. Each ribbon is designed for point-of-sale hardware that requires the ERC-38P form factor. The six-pack format supports continuous operation in retail, hospitality and kitchen environments.

Multi-Model Fit Reduces Stock Complexity

A single ribbon part number fits dozens of Epson TM-U and TM series printers including the TM-U200, TM-U210, TM-U220, TM-U300 and TM-U375 families. It also covers Micros 1200, 1300 and 1320 wide-carriage models plus Anker Data Systems 40.0068 and 40.2064 units. Consolidating on one SKU simplifies ordering and shelf management for mixed printer fleets.

Drop-In Cartridge Design for Fast Swaps

The cartridge snaps into the printer without tools, so staff can replace a depleted ribbon in seconds during service hours. Purple ink delivers clear, legible output on standard receipt and journal paper for transaction records. Premium materials maintain consistent print density across the ribbon life, reducing reprint rates in high-volume settings.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to replace the ERC-38P purple ribbon in a high-volume POS printer?

Each pack contains six ribbons. Excellent ink retention minimises replacement frequency, though actual life depends on print volume and density.

What is the first limit reached when printing continuously with the ERC-38P ribbon?

The ribbon itself is the consumable limit; ink depletion stops printing before any mechanical part wears out.

Does the ERC-38P ribbon generate extra heat or noise during all-day receipt printing?

The ribbon is a passive ink cartridge; it adds no heat, noise or power draw beyond the printer’s normal operation.
