Compatible Epson POS Ribbon 6 Pack

The SuppliesMax ERC-43BK is a black ink ribbon pack built for point-of-sale printers. It fits Epson TM-H2000, TM-H6000IV, TM-U120, TM-U310, TM-U311, TM-U320 and M-110 models. The six-unit pack suits retailers, restaurants and offices that need reliable receipt and invoice printing. Buyers who need colour ribbons or ribbons for non-Epson machines should look elsewhere.

Thermal and Power Behaviour

Ribbon printing uses a mechanical impact process, so the cartridge itself draws no power and generates no heat or noise. Print quality and ribbon life depend on the printer mechanism and usage volume rather than the ribbon's own thermal profile. The product is designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S. Users who need a ribbon rated for other voltages cannot use this pack.

Manufacturing Standards and Warranty

The ribbons are produced in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities using new and recycled components. A 30-day manufacturer warranty covers defects. Packaging may vary without affecting quality. Using compatible ribbons does not void the printer warranty. Shops needing a longer warranty period or different certification must choose another supplier.

Questions about this item

How do I install the ERC-43BK ribbon in my TM-U320, and what step causes jams?

Open the printer cover, remove the old cartridge, insert the new ribbon until it clicks, then manually turn the ribbon-tightening knob clockwise to remove slack before closing the cover; skipping the knob turn is the step that causes jams.

What part will need replacement after the six ribbons are used?

Only the ribbon cartridges themselves need replacing; the print head and feed mechanism are separate components not included in this pack.

Which limit appears first during continuous high-volume printing?

Ink depletion ends each ribbon’s life; the manufacturer notes excellent ink retention to minimise replacement frequency, but no page-yield figure is published.
