SuppliesMax LAN418774 waste toner container

This SuppliesMax LAN418774 waste toner container is a compatible replacement for the Lanier 418774 part. It serves Lanier IM-2500, IM-3500, IM-4000, IM-5000 and IM-6000 copiers and laser printers. Offices needing to collect excess toner during high-volume printing will use this unit. It is not for buyers who require a supply toner cartridge that adds toner to the printer.

Installation and common issues

The container installs by opening the designated compartment, sliding out the full unit and inserting the new one until it locks. No tools are required and the process follows the printer's standard maintenance routine. A frequent error is forgetting to reset the waste-toner counter after replacement, which can leave the device reporting a false full condition. Ensure the replacement matches the exact Lanier 418774 part number to avoid fitment problems.

100000 page yield at 0.05 coverage

The decisive specification is the rated yield of 100000 pages measured at 0.05 coverage. This figure determines how often the container must be swapped in a given environment. Higher average page coverage will reduce the actual page count before the container fills. The unit is built to OEM standards in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities for 110V machines sold in the U.S.
