What This Pack Contains

This is a two-pack of new black toner cartridges from SuppliesMax, model LAN842279_2PK. Each cartridge yields up to 33000 pages at five percent coverage. They are compatible replacements for Lanier 842279_2PK and 842281_2PK and fit Lanier IM-C4500, IM-C5500, IM-C5500A and IM-C6000 series printers.

Who Should Buy and Who Should Not

Offices and home users who print high volumes of black-and-white documents on the listed Lanier models will get the rated yield and consistent output. Buyers who need MICR toner for cheque printing, colour cartridges, or cartridges for any other printer brand or model should look elsewhere.

The Spec That Decides Fit

The decisive specification is the exact printer model: these cartridges only work in Lanier IM-C4500, IM-C5500, IM-C5500A or IM-C6000 series devices. If your machine is not one of those four series, the cartridges will not install or function correctly.

Questions about this item

When will the LAN842279_2PK black toner need replacement?

Each cartridge yields approximately 33000 pages at 5% coverage, so replacement depends on your monthly print volume.

What limits continuous printing with these cartridges?

The 33000-page yield at 5% coverage is the primary limit; higher coverage jobs will reach end-of-life sooner.

How much heat or noise do the LAN842279_2PK cartridges add during all-day printing?

The cartridges themselves generate no measurable heat or noise; the printer's fuser and fans determine those factors.
