Compatible Black Drum Unit

The SuppliesMax LAND244-2250K is a compatible black drum unit built for Lanier MP-C2004, MP-C2004EX, MP-C2504, MP-C2504EX and MP-C2504SP printers. It replaces OEM part numbers D244-2250K, D244-2209K and D244-2229K. The unit is designed for high-volume office printing in 110V environments.

Installation and Common Issues

The drum unit fits directly into the supported Lanier models without tools or firmware updates. Because it is manufactured to OEM dimensions in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities, mechanical alignment is consistent. Most installation problems occur when the protective seal is not fully removed or when the unit is forced into an incompatible chassis.

Yield and Operational Limits

Rated at 60000 pages at 5% coverage, the drum handles heavy daily workloads for extended periods. Print density and paper type affect actual life, so high-coverage jobs will reduce the page count. The component is not a toner cartridge and does not supply ink; buyers who need consumable toner must purchase that separately.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the SuppliesMax LAND244-2250K drum unit is working correctly after installation?

Print a test page on your Lanier MP-C2004 or MP-C2504 series printer and check for crisp black output with clear colour contrast; the unit is rated for 60000 pages at .05 coverage so consistent density across the page confirms proper operation.

What comes in the box with the SuppliesMax LAND244-2250K and what must I purchase separately?

The pack contains one black drum unit that replaces Lanier D244-2250K, D244-2209K and D244-2229K; toner cartridges are not included and must be bought separately.

Which version of the SuppliesMax drum unit should I choose for my Lanier MP-C2004EX or MP-C2504SP?

The LAND244-2250K is the single model offered; it fits all listed machines including MP-C2004, MP-C2004EX, MP-C2504, MP-C2504EX and MP-C2504SP, so no alternative capacity or version exists to select.
