Yellow high-yield toner for Lexmark colour lasers

This SuppliesMax cartridge replaces the Lexmark C231HY0 and fits the C2325DW, C2425DW, C2535DW and MC-2325ADW, MC-2425ADW, MC-2535ADWE, MC-2640ADWE series. It is a new aftermarket unit rated for 2300 pages at .05 coverage.

Practical limits of the 5% coverage standard

The 2300-page figure assumes the ISO test pattern at .05 coverage; real-world documents with graphics, solid fills or heavy colour use will reduce the actual yield. The cartridge is built for 110V printers sold in the U.S. and carries no MICR formulation.

Installation and common issues

The cartridge slides into the printer like the OEM unit and requires no tools; most users complete the swap in under a minute. Problems usually arise when the printer firmware does not recognise the compatible chip or when the protective seal is not fully removed before insertion.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the high-yield yellow cartridge or the standard-yield version for my Lexmark C2325DW?

The high-yield LEXC231HY0 prints up to 2300 pages at 5% coverage, while the standard C2310Y0 and C2320Y0 models yield fewer pages per cartridge.

What does the 2300-page yield mean when I print colour documents every day?

The figure is measured at 5% page coverage; typical business pages with graphics or solid colour areas will reduce the actual page count proportionally.

Does this toner work with the Lexmark MC-2640ADWE and what voltage does it require?

Yes, it is compatible with the MC-2640ADWE and designed for 110V printers sold in the U.S.
