SuppliesMax MICR Toner for IBM InfoPrint 1930/1940

This SuppliesMax MICR toner cartridge replaces the IBM InfoPrint 39V3717-MICR and yields up to 15000 pages at 5% coverage. It is built for high-volume check and barcode printing on supported laser printers. Magnetic toner formulation meets banking compliance requirements for secure document processing. The cartridge is manufactured to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.

Installing the cartridge and avoiding common issues

Installation follows the standard procedure for the IBM InfoPrint 1930, 1930-MFP, 1940 and 1940-MFP models. Remove the protective seal completely before inserting the unit to prevent streaking or light print. Ensure the cartridge clicks firmly into place so the printer recognises the new supply. Using the toner in non-supported voltage environments can cause recognition errors or print defects.

Check your printer model and voltage before ordering

Verify that your device is one of the listed IBM InfoPrint 1930 or 1940 series printers, including MFP variants. Confirm the machine operates on 110V power as the cartridge is engineered for U.S.-based 110V units. Cross-reference your current OEM part number against 39V3716-MICR, 39V3717-MICR or 39V3720-MICR to ensure compatibility. This product is not suitable for printers outside the specified series or voltage rating.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the cartridge prints readable MICR lines for bank processing after installing it in my InfoPrint 1930?

Print a sample check and have it verified on a bank-grade MICR scanner or gauge; the magnetic black toner is manufactured to OEM specifications for bank-compliant output on supported 110V U.S. printers.

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a drum unit or waste toner bottle separately for the 15000-page yield?

The package contains one compatible MICR toner cartridge; no drum unit or waste toner bottle is included or required for this cartridge design.

Which part number should I choose — 39V3716-MICR, 39V3717-MICR or 39V3720-MICR — for my InfoPrint 1940-MFP?

This cartridge replaces all three OEM part numbers (39V3716-MICR, 39V3717-MICR and 39V3720-MICR) and fits the InfoPrint 1930, 1930-MFP, 1940 and 1940-MFP.
