Two-Pack MICR Toner for Lexmark Printers

This pack contains two black extra-high-yield MICR toner cartridges built as compatible replacements for Lexmark part numbers 51B1X00_2PK-MICR, 51B0XA0_2PK-MICR and 51B2X00_2PK-MICR. Each cartridge is rated at 20000 pages at 0.05 coverage. The magnetic toner formulation is designed for secure check and barcode printing that meets bank-compliant standards. Cartridges are manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities using new and recycled components.

High-Volume Check Printing; Not for Non-MICR Work

Organisations that print large volumes of cheques or magnetic-ink barcodes on Lexmark MS-517dn, MS-617dn, MX-517de or MX-617de printers will match the intended use. Buyers who need standard black toner for general documents, or who operate printers outside the listed Lexmark models, should look elsewhere. The cartridge also requires a MICR drum unit, so environments without that drum cannot use this product.

20000-Page Yield at 0.05 Coverage

The single specification that decides fit is the 20000-page yield measured at 0.05 coverage per cartridge. If your monthly print volume and page-coverage profile align with that rating, the two-pack will deliver the expected lifespan; if your coverage is significantly higher, the actual page count will be lower.

Questions about this item

Is the 2-pack the only way to buy the 20000-page MICR cartridge?

The listing shows a 2-pack of black extra-high-yield MICR toner cartridges, each rated for 20000 pages at 5% coverage, and no single-cartridge option is mentioned.

Will the 20000-page yield hold if I print dense text or graphics?

The 20000-page figure is based on 5% page coverage; heavier text, graphics or forms will use more toner and reduce the actual page count.

Does the cartridge plug straight into the printer, or is a separate MICR drum unit required?

The toner cartridge must be paired with a MICR drum unit; it will not operate correctly in a standard drum.
