SuppliesMax MICR Jumbo Toner Cartridge

This SuppliesMax MICR Jumbo Toner Cartridge is a new compatible replacement for Canon 2617B001AAJ-MICR and CRG-120J-MICR cartridges. It is built for businesses that print cheques, barcodes or other documents requiring magnetic ink character recognition. The cartridge yields approximately 10000 pages at 5% coverage and works in Canon imageCLASS D1100, D1120, D1150, D1170, D1180, D1320, D1350, D1370, D1520, D1550 and i-SENSYS MF-6680DN, MF-6880DN printers.

Installation and common issues

The cartridge installs like the original Canon unit: open the printer, remove the old cartridge, shake the new one gently, pull the sealing tape and insert it until it clicks. Printers sometimes fail to recognise a compatible chip; reseating the cartridge or restarting the printer usually clears the error. Using non-MICR toner in a cheque-printing workflow will produce output the bank cannot read, so verify the MICR label before loading.

10000-page yield at 5% coverage

The single specification that decides fit is the 10000-page yield rated at 5% coverage. If your monthly volume regularly exceeds this figure you will replace cartridges more often than planned. Buyers who need a higher-capacity MICR cartridge or a colour MICR toner cannot use this product. The cartridge is engineered for 110V U.S.-based printers only.
