Compatible MICR toner for Canon FilePrint series

The SuppliesMax EP-62 cartridge replaces Canon 3711A001AA-MICR in Canon DMP-450, FP-400, FilePrint 200, 400 and 450 models. It supplies magnetic black toner formulated for secure check and barcode printing. One cartridge yields approximately 10000 pages at 0.05 coverage. The unit is new and built to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities.

Sustained high-volume check printing

Magnetic toner maintains consistent signal strength across long print runs so banking equipment reads every character. The formulation resists fading and smudging during bulk processing of cheques or barcoded documents. Engineered for 110V U.S.-based printers, it delivers stable output without density drift over the full 10000-page life.

Drop-in cartridge with bank-compliant output

The cartridge installs directly into the listed Canon micrographics and FilePrint devices without modification. Manufacturing to OEM dimensions ensures proper seating and reliable feed through the print engine. Recycled and new components meet ISO quality and environmental standards. Not suited for printers outside the stated Canon series or for non-MICR applications requiring standard toner only.

Questions about this item

Does the 10000-page yield at 5% coverage change if the printer runs continuously all day?

The 10000-page rating is measured at 5% coverage; actual yield varies with page density and print frequency, not with daily run time.

Which Canon printer models must I already own for this EP-62 cartridge to work?

It fits Canon FilePrint 200, 400, 450, DMP-450, FP-400 and Micrographics FP-400 series printers.

Will this MICR toner work in my older Canon FilePrint 200 alongside original Canon 3711A001AA-MICR cartridges?

Yes, it is engineered to OEM specifications for the same printers, so it installs and prints interchangeably with the original MICR cartridge.
