What this cartridge delivers

This two-pack of SuppliesMax MICR toner replaces HP CF248AD-MICR and CF244AD-MICR cartridges. It is built for HP LaserJet Pro M15a, M15w, MFP M28a, MFP M28w, MFP M29w and MFP M31w printers. Magnetic toner formulation meets banking standards for secure cheque and barcode output.

Sustained print behaviour

Each cartridge yields approximately 1000 pages at five percent coverage. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 processes using new and recycled components. The design targets consistent density across long runs in 110V U.S. models without fade or streaking.

The deciding specification

Magnetic MICR toner is the single feature that enables bank-compliant cheque printing. Standard black toner cannot be read by cheque-sorting equipment. Buyers who do not need MICR encoding should choose a non-MICR cartridge instead.

Questions about this item

Does the MICR toner run hot or draw extra power during long check-printing sessions?

The cartridge is built for 110V U.S. LaserJet Pro models and meets OEM thermal and power specs, so it behaves like the original HP CF248AD-MICR during continuous use.

Which exact printer models must I already own for these cartridges to fit?

They install in HP LaserJet Pro M15a, M15w, MFP M28a, MFP M28w, MFP M29w and MFP M31w printers.

Will the magnetic toner work reliably in an older HP LaserJet Pro M15a that I plan to keep?

Yes — the cartridge replaces HP CF248AD-MICR and CF244AD-MICR, delivering 1000 pages at 5% coverage with bank-compliant MICR output on those legacy models.
