What it is and who it is for

SuppliesMax MICR Toner Cartridge 331-7328-MICR is a new compatible black toner designed for Dell B1260 and B1265 series laser printers. It targets businesses and offices that print cheques or barcodes requiring magnetic ink character recognition. The cartridge replaces Dell OEM part numbers including 331-7328-MICR, RWXNT-MICR and DRYXV-MICR. It is built to OEM specifications for bank-compliant output on supported 110V U.S.-based printers.

Capacity and headroom

The cartridge yields approximately 2500 pages measured at five percent coverage, suitable for consistent high-volume printing. Magnetic toner formulation ensures secure cheque and barcode legibility throughout the rated life. Print quality remains sharp for financial documents until the toner is depleted. Users with heavier coverage or graphics-heavy pages will reach the limit sooner than the rated yield.

What this replaces and when the jump is worth it

This aftermarket cartridge replaces Dell original MICR toner cartridges such as 331-7327-MICR, 592-11843-MICR, 593-11109-MICR and related part numbers. It is a direct drop-in upgrade for organisations already using Dell B1260DN, B1260DNF, B1265DN or B1265DNF models. The switch is worthwhile when reducing per-page cost while maintaining bank-compliant magnetic output is a priority. It is not suitable for printers outside the listed Dell B1260 and B1265 series or for non-MICR printing needs.
