Compatible MICR Cartridge

This SuppliesMAX toner cartridge replaces Lexmark 34035HA-MICR and equivalent OEM numbers such as 12A8405-MICR and 34015HA-MICR. It fits Lexmark E330, E332, E340 and E342 series printers plus the Nashuatec P6216. Magnetic toner formulation enables bank-compliant check and barcode printing. The unit is new and rated for 6000 pages at .05 coverage.

Upgrade From Standard Toner

Standard black toner lacks the magnetic particles required for MICR encoding, so it cannot produce machine-readable checks. This cartridge adds that capability while matching the 6000-page yield of the OEM high-yield version. The jump is worth it for any office that prints its own cheques or secure documents on the listed Lexmark or Nashuatec hardware.

Drop-In Installation

The cartridge installs like the original Lexmark supply: open the front cover, remove the old unit and insert the new one until it seats firmly. No firmware updates or gear resets are mentioned. The most common issue is forgetting to remove the sealing tape before closing the printer, which causes blank pages. Ensure the printer is a 110 V U.S.-based model as specified for guaranteed compatibility.

This cartridge fits Lexmark E330, E332, E332N, E332TN, E340, E342, E342N and the Optra equivalents plus the Nashuatec P6216.

What is the correct way to install the cartridge so the printer recognises it?

Remove the sealing tape completely, rock the cartridge gently to distribute the magnetic toner, then insert it firmly until it clicks into the printer's toner bay.

When will the cartridge need replacing during high-volume check printing?

It yields approximately 6000 pages at 5% coverage; replace it when print density drops or the printer signals low toner.
