What Is This Cartridge

The SuppliesMax MICR toner cartridge 406989-MICR is a new compatible replacement for Ricoh 406989-MICR and equivalent OEM part numbers. It prints up to 6400 pages at .05 coverage using magnetic black toner formulated for secure cheque and barcode output. The cartridge is manufactured to OEM specifications for bank-compliant performance in supported 110V U.S.-based printers.

Who Should Use It And Who Should Not

Offices that print high volumes of financial documents on Ricoh Aficio SP-3500 or SP-3510 series printers will get reliable MICR quality and yield. Buyers who need toner for Ricoh Aficio SP-3400 or SP-3410 series machines cannot use this cartridge because it is explicitly incompatible with those models. Organisations requiring colour MICR or non-magnetic standard toner should also look elsewhere.

The Specification That Decides Fit

The cartridge works only with Ricoh Aficio SP-3500, SP-3500DN, SP-3500N, SP-3500SF, SP-3510, SP-3510DN, SP-3510N and SP-3510SF printers; it does not work in SP-3400 or SP-3410 series devices.
