Secure Check Printing

This SuppliesMax toner cartridge delivers magnetic MICR output for Unisys UDS-12 and UDS-17 printers. It is built for businesses that print cheques and barcodes requiring bank-compliant readability. The cartridge is manufactured to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. It replaces Unisys part numbers 81-9900-754-MICR and 81-9900-655-MICR.

15,000-Page Yield Limit

Rated at 15000 pages measured at .05 coverage, the high-yield design suits consistent, high-volume workloads. Output quality and page count will vary with actual page density and printer condition. The unit is engineered for 110V U.S.-based printers only. Using this compatible cartridge does not void the printer manufacturer warranty under U.S. law.

Upgrade From Standard Toner

Standard black toner cannot produce the magnetic signal banks require for automated cheque clearing. This cartridge replaces non-MICR supplies when secure document printing becomes necessary. It is not for buyers who only need general office documents or colour output. The 30-day manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Questions about this item

Is this the only version of the SuppliesMax MICR toner for the UDS-12 and UDS-17, or are there other capacities?

This cartridge is the single high-yield option rated at 15000 pages at five percent coverage; no standard-yield or multi-pack versions are listed for these printers.

What does the 15000-page yield mean when I am printing actual cheques with MICR toner?

The figure is based on five percent page coverage; dense cheque layouts or heavy graphics will reduce the total, while lighter text pages may exceed it.

Which interface or standard governs the magnetic toner so banks will accept the output?

The toner is manufactured to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities for bank-compliant MICR signal strength on 110V U.S. printers.
