Secure Check Printing

This SuppliesMax toner cartridge uses magnetic MICR formulation for bank-compliant cheque and barcode output on Samsung ProXpress M4020ND, M4070FR and equivalent SL-series printers. It replaces OEM part MLT-D203U-MICR and is built to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. Designed for 110V U.S.-based machines, it installs without voiding the printer warranty.

Ultra High Yield Output

Rated at 15000 pages at 5% coverage, the cartridge supports consistent high-volume printing with sharp black text. The compatible design meets or exceeds OEM quality standards using new and recycled components. Manufacturing controls ensure reliable page-to-page density for secure financial documents.

System Integration

The single black cartridge slots directly into supported Samsung laser printers without additional hardware or firmware steps. It frees procurement from OEM-only supply chains while maintaining magnetic readability standards required for cheque clearing. Not suitable for printers outside the listed ProXpress and SL-M series or for non-MICR printing workflows.

Questions about this item

How do I install the MLT-D203U-MICR cartridge in my Samsung ProXpress M4020ND, and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, remove the old cartridge, gently rock the new MLT-D203U-MICR side-to-side five or six times to distribute the magnetic toner evenly, then slide it firmly into the printer until it clicks; skipping the rocking step can cause light or streaky first prints.

What part of this MICR cartridge will need replacement after the 15000-page yield is reached?

The entire MLT-D203U-MICR cartridge is a single-unit design; once the magnetic toner is depleted at roughly 15000 pages at five percent coverage, you replace the whole cartridge — there is no separate drum or waste container to service.

What limit appears first when printing large check batches continuously with this cartridge?

The 15000-page yield at five percent coverage is the first hard limit; extended high-volume runs will exhaust the magnetic toner supply before any other component wears out.
