Compatible Black Drum Unit for Muratec MFX-C Series

The SuppliesMax MURA7U40RD replaces the Muratec A7U40RD drum unit in MFX-C2590, MFX-C3090, MFX-C3690, MFX-C4590 and MFX-C5590 printers. It yields up to 120000 pages at 5% coverage and is built with new and recycled components in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. The unit is designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S. and use of this compatible product will not void the printer manufacturer warranty.

Installation and Common Issues

The drum unit is sold individually and installs directly into the supported Muratec models without additional tools. Because it is a compatible replacement, the printer may display a non-OEM supply message that can be dismissed to continue printing. Ensure the orange protective cover is fully removed before insertion, otherwise the unit will not seat correctly and print quality will suffer.

Sustained High-Volume Performance

At the rated 5% coverage the drum maintains consistent black output and clear color contrast across the full 120000 page yield. The design targets long-lasting results for everyday business and personal use in supported 110V printers. Print density remains stable during extended runs rather than fading after a short burst.
