SuppliesMax NMS-1017BK Black Ribbon 6-Pack

This six-pack of SuppliesMax black printer ribbons replaces the Philips NMS-1017BK cartridge for dot matrix printers. It is built for offices that print receipts, invoices and other high-volume business documents on compatible Philips hardware. The ribbons are manufactured to OEM specifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. Each unit is new and designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S.

Upgrade from worn OEM ribbons on listed Philips

The pack directly replaces original ribbons for the Philips 2000, 2123, NMS-1437, NMS-1438, NMS-1439, P2123, P2908, P2918 and PT-88 series printers. The jump is worth it when existing ribbons produce faded output or jam frequently, because these compatibles offer excellent ink retention for consistent, sharp printing. They are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM performance standards. Using them does not void the printer manufacturer warranty under U.S. law.

Check your exact Philips model number before

The ribbon is a direct fit for the NMS-1017BK part number only. Confirm the machine operates on 110V power as specified for U.S. use. This product is not for colour printing, non-Philips dot matrix machines, or inkjet and laser printers.

Questions about this item

Which Philips dot-matrix printers accept the NMS-1017BK ribbon?

The ribbon fits Philips 2000, 2123, NMS-1437, NMS-1438, NMS-1439, P2123, P2906, P2908, P2918 and PT-88 series printers.

How do I install the ribbon in a Philips NMS-1437 and what step is often missed?

Open the printer cover, remove the old cartridge, insert the new ribbon so the spools engage the drive gears, then advance the ribbon manually until it feeds smoothly before closing the cover.

How often will I need to replace each ribbon in a high-volume invoicing environment?

Excellent ink retention reduces change frequency, but actual life depends on print density and volume; keep a spare from the six-pack ready for continuous operation.
