Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Offices and businesses running Unisys AP-1337, AP-1339, Siemens Highprint 4009, 4010, 4100, 4200, Tricom TBP-900, Utax P600-5 or P601-3 printers for receipts, invoices or high-volume printing. Buyers needing ribbons for other printer models or different colours should look elsewhere. This pack does not support laser or inkjet devices. The purple ink formulation is specific to the listed dot matrix series.

Critical Compatibility Specification

The decisive specification is compatibility with Unisys OEM part numbers 04-8040-877P and 19-1180-876P. If your printer requires either of these part numbers, the ribbons will fit and function. If your machine uses a different OEM ribbon part number, this pack will not work. Always verify the required OEM part number before ordering.

Questions about this item

Which printer models must I already own for these ribbons to fit?

The six-pack fits Unisys AP-1337 and AP-1339 dot-matrix printers, plus Siemens Highprint 4009, 4010, 4100, 4200, Tricom TBP-900, Utax P600-5 and P601-3.

Will the purple ribbon work in an older Unisys machine that currently uses part 04-8040-877P or 19-1180-876P?

Yes, this ribbon replaces both Unisys 04-8040-877P and 19-1180-876P cartridges, so legacy printers using those part numbers accept it directly.

How can I confirm the ribbon is printing correctly after installation?

Print a test page; sharp, even purple characters on receipts or invoices with no fading or gaps indicate the ribbon is feeding and inking as designed.
