SuppliesMax Pyramid PTI4000R Black Printer Ribbon 6 Pack

SuppliesMax Pyramid PTI4000R Black Printer Ribbon

This pack contains six black ink ribbons built as compatible replacements for the Pyramid PTI4000R. They are intended for businesses that operate Pyramid M3500, M3700, M4000, PTR-4000 or PTR-4000HD time clock printers and need a steady supply of consumables for payroll or attendance tracking. Each ribbon is manufactured to meet original equipment specifications.

Compatibility limited to listed Pyramid time clock

The ribbons are engineered specifically for the Pyramid series shown in the compatibility list and are produced for 110V machines used in North America. They will not function in printers from other brands or in Pyramid models not listed above. The factory holds ISO-9001, ISO-9002 and ISO-14001 certifications, but the product itself carries no separate technology standard beyond basic ribbon fit and ink formulation.

Verify your exact printer model

Check that your time clock is one of the Pyramid M3500, M3700, M4000, PTR-4000 or PTR-4000HD units and that it runs on a 110V supply. The manufacturer states that using these compatibles does not void the machine warranty, but the ribbons are not universal across all time clock brands. Confirm the model number on your device matches the list to avoid fitment issues.
