Compatible Waste Toner Container for Ricoh SP-C

The SuppliesMax RIC406665 is a new aftermarket waste toner container built to fit Ricoh Aficio SP-C430DN, SP-C431DN, SP-C435DN and SP-C440DN printers. It replaces OEM part 406665 and the Katun KAT53529 and KAT57722 equivalents. Offices running these models can install it directly without modifications.

Thermal and Power Behaviour in Normal Use

As a passive waste collector the unit generates no heat, draws no power and produces no audible noise during printing. It simply captures excess toner as pages pass through the engine. Operation stays within the printer's standard 110 V supply and does not alter the device's thermal profile.

What the Bundled Specifications Deliver

The container is rated for 50000 pages at 5 % coverage, matching the OEM yield specification. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 processes using new and recycled components, and the maker backs the part with a 30 day warranty. Buyers needing a higher page yield or a different form factor will not be served by this model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the SuppliesMax RIC406665 waste toner container and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, pull out the old waste toner container, insert the new gray container until it clicks, then close the cover. The step often missed is failing to seat the container fully so the latch engages.

What maintenance or replacement will the SuppliesMax RIC406665 need later?

The container itself is a single-use item rated for 50000 pages at .05 coverage. Once full, replace it with another SuppliesMax RIC406665 unit; no cleaning or servicing of the container is required.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the SuppliesMax RIC406665?

The 50000-page yield at .05 coverage is the first limit. When the printer's waste-toner counter reaches that threshold, the device will prompt for a new container.
