Cyan Toner Cartridge for Ricoh Aficio

The SuppliesMax RIC888343 cyan toner cartridge is an aftermarket replacement built to OEM specifications for Ricoh Aficio 3228C, 3235C and 3245C series colour copiers. It delivers up to 10000 pages at .05 coverage for consistent high-volume printing. Offices and home users needing reliable colour output without the OEM price tag will find it a direct fit for the listed machines.

Thermals noise and power draw

Toner cartridges have no moving parts, fans or electrical draw of their own, so they add no heat or noise to the printer during operation. The component is manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities using new and recycled materials. Designed for 110V devices sold in the U.S., it installs without altering the machine's existing thermal or acoustic profile.

Replaces Ricoh 888343 and 888347

This cartridge replaces the Ricoh 888343 and 888347 OEM toner units and cross-references Katun KAT57876, offering the same 10000-page yield at 5% coverage. The jump is worth it when colour print volumes are steady and the cost per page of the original cartridge becomes a budget concern. Buyers who need MICR toner or a different colour cartridge should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install this cyan toner cartridge in a Ricoh Aficio 3228C, and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, pull out the old cyan cartridge, gently shake the new cartridge five or six times to distribute the 200 grams of toner evenly, remove the sealing tape, then slide it in until it clicks; skipping the shake step causes streaky first prints.

What maintenance or replacement will this cartridge need after the rated yield?

Once the 10000-page yield at 5% coverage is reached, the cartridge must be replaced; no separate drum, developer or waste-toner unit is included, so the entire cyan cartridge is swapped out.

What limit appears first during long, continuous print runs?

The 10000-page yield at 5% coverage is the first hard limit; sustained heavy coverage will exhaust the toner before any thermal or mechanical threshold is reached.
