Compatible Ricoh SP-C840/842 Toner Combo

This SuppliesMax RICC840-4PK pack contains four new aftermarket toner cartridges in black, cyan, magenta and yellow. It is built to match the Ricoh C840-4PK specification for use in Ricoh Aficio SP-C840DN and SP-C842DN colour laser printers. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in facilities certified for quality and environmental management. The set is designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S. and carries a 30-day manufacturer warranty.

Suits high-volume offices using supported Ricoh

The combo suits offices that print large volumes on Ricoh Aficio SP-C840DN or SP-C842DN printers and want a full colour set in one purchase. It is not for printers outside that series, for users who need MICR toner, or for machines that require a different voltage supply. Buyers with other Ricoh models or non-Ricoh hardware should look at something else.

Yield difference between black and colour cartridges

The black cartridge yields approximately 43000 pages while each colour cartridge yields approximately 34000 pages, both measured at 5% coverage. This gap decides whether the pack matches your colour-to-mono print ratio. If your workflow demands equal yields across all four colours, this combination will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the black cartridge or the colour set for my Ricoh SP-C840DN?

The combo pack ships one black cartridge rated at 43000 pages and one each of cyan, magenta and yellow rated at 34000 pages, so you receive all four colours in a single box.

What does the 43000-page yield mean when the toner is installed in my printer?

That figure is measured at 5% coverage on letter-size paper; typical business documents with graphics or heavier text will return fewer pages, while lighter text may exceed it.

Does the cartridge work with the standard Ricoh interface on the SP-C842DN?

Yes — the cartridges are built to OEM specifications for the Ricoh Aficio SP-C840DN and SP-C842DN series and install directly into the printer's standard toner slots.
