Compatible Ricoh Drum Unit Combo Pack

This four-pack replaces the Ricoh D244-2250MP drum unit set with one black and one each cyan, magenta and yellow unit. It fits the Ricoh MP-C2004, MP-C2004EX, MP-C2504, MP-C2504EX and MP-C2504SP series. The black unit yields up to 60000 pages and the colour units yield up to 48000 pages at 5% coverage. It is built for 110V machines sold in the U.S.

Upgrade from depleted OEM drums

Swap out worn original drums when print quality fades or the printer signals end of life. The jump is worth it when you need consistent high-volume output without paying OEM prices. Manufactured to OEM standards using new and recycled components in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities. Use of compatible products will not void the printer warranty.

Check your Ricoh model and voltage

Confirm your printer is one of the listed MP-C2004 or MP-C2504 series models before ordering. Verify the machine runs on 110V power as these units are designed for U.S. voltage. Ensure you are replacing the complete drum unit assembly and not just toner cartridges.

Questions about this item

Will this drum unit combo fit my Ricoh MP-C2504EX without any frame modifications?

The combo replaces Ricoh D244-2250MP and is compatible with Ricoh MP-C2004, MP-C2004EX, MP-C2504, MP-C2504EX and MP-C2504SP models. No frame changes are required.

During installation, which protective seal on the drum units must be removed before closing the printer cover?

Each drum unit has a pull-tab seal on the side; pull it straight out until the tape clears the roller. Forgetting this step causes blank pages on the first prints.

After roughly 60000 pages on the black drum, what part should I order next?

Replace the full four-drum combo pack (SuppliesMAX RICD244-2250MP) when the black drum reaches its 60000-page yield or when print quality drops.
