Purpose & Fit

The SuppliesMAX RSH26-3507P pack supplies five purple ribbons built as direct replacements for Radio Shack PC-1 and PC-2 point-of-sale printers. Retail counters, hospitality desks and small offices that run these legacy dot-matrix machines can keep receipts printing without sourcing discontinued OEM stock.

Build & Day-to-Day Use

Each ribbon is assembled in an ISO-9001, ISO-9002 and ISO-14001 certified facility using new and recycled components, then air-sealed for shelf life. The cartridge drops into the PC-1 or PC-2 mechanism exactly like the original 26-3507P unit, so staff swap it in seconds and the printer returns to service on 110V power.

Upgrade Context

This pack replaces the need to hunt for genuine Radio Shack 26-3507P ribbons, which are no longer in regular production. The switch is worth it when existing ribbons fade or fray and a ready supply of compatible cartridges keeps the queue moving. Buyers who need colour output other than purple or who have moved to thermal receipt printers will not use this product.

Questions about this item

Does the ribbon work with the Radio Shack 26-3507P interface and what does that limit?

The cartridge is built to the original 26-3507P specification and fits the PC-1 and PC-2 dot-matrix printers; it will not work in printers that use a different ribbon cartridge design.

What physical space does the cartridge need inside the printer?

Each ribbon cartridge matches the OEM footprint for the Radio Shack PC-1 and PC-2 series, so it slides into the existing ribbon bay without any adapter or modification.

How do I install the ribbon and what step do people skip?

Open the printer cover, remove the old cartridge, insert the new purple ribbon until it clicks, then advance the ribbon manually a few turns to seat it before closing the cover.
