What this cartridge fits

This SuppliesMax cyan toner cartridge replaces Savin part 842254 and works in Savin IM-C3000 and IM-C3500 colour laser printers. It is built for offices and home users who need reliable colour output on those specific models. Buyers with other Savin or Ricoh machines should verify the part number before ordering.

The yield that decides fit

The cartridge is rated for 19000 pages at .05 coverage, which is the single figure that determines whether it matches your print volume. If your typical jobs use heavier coverage the actual page count will be lower, so compare your average usage to this yield before purchasing.

Install and common issues

Installation follows the standard Savin toner replacement procedure: open the front cover, remove the old cyan unit, shake the new cartridge gently, insert it until it clicks, then close the cover. The most frequent problem is forgetting to remove the protective seal, which causes blank or streaked pages; a quick visual check avoids this. The cartridge is manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities for 110V printers sold in the U.S. and carries a 30 day manufacturer warranty.

Questions about this item

How many pages will the 19000-page yield actually deliver in my Savin IM-C3500?

The 19000-page figure is measured at 5% coverage. Pages with heavy graphics or solid colour areas will reduce the total, while text-only pages at standard coverage will come close to the rated number.

Does this cartridge use a standard interface that could limit performance in the IM-C3000?

It is a direct mechanical and electrical match for the Savin 842254 slot, so the printer's own engine speed is the only practical limit.

What physical space or mounting points does the SAV842254 need inside the printer?

The cartridge fits the exact Savin 842254 bay in the IM-C3000 and IM-C3500 series; no extra brackets, adapters or clearance beyond the standard slot are required.
