Compatible Yellow Drum Unit

The SuppliesMAX SAVD244-2250Y is a compatible yellow drum unit designed for Savin MP-C2004, MP-C2004EX, MP-C2504, MP-C2504EX and MP-C2504SP series printers. It replaces OEM part numbers D244-2250Y, D244-2209Y and D244-2229Y. The unit yields approximately 48000 pages at 5% coverage for high-volume printing needs. It is built for 110V machines sold in the U.S. market.

Straightforward Installation

The drum unit is sold individually and installs directly into the designated slot without tools. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes using new and recycled components. Common issues arise only when the unit is forced into an incompatible model or when protective seals are not fully removed before insertion. Use in supported printers will not void the machine manufacturer warranty.

Check Printer Model And Voltage

Verify that your printer appears in the compatible series list before ordering. Confirm the machine operates on 110V power as the unit is designed for U.S.-sold equipment. Cross-reference your current drum part number against D244-2250Y, D244-2209Y or D244-2229Y to ensure correct fit. Buyers needing a different colour drum or a toner cartridge instead of a drum unit should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the yellow drum unit is working correctly after installing it in my Savin MP-C2504?

Print a test page and check for crisp yellow output with clear colour contrast; the drum is rated for 48000 pages at .05 coverage so consistent density across the page shows it is performing as intended.

What comes in the box and do I need to buy anything else to start printing?

The pack contains one yellow drum unit only; toner cartridges are not included and must be purchased separately for the Savin MP-C2004 series.

Which compatible Savin part numbers does the SAVD244-2250Y replace so I pick the right one?

It replaces Savin D244-2250Y, D244-2209Y and D244-2229Y for the MP-C2004, MP-C2004EX, MP-C2504, MP-C2504EX and MP-C2504SP models.
