Compatible black toner for bizhub 454e and 554e

This two-pack replaces the Konica Minolta TN-513 and A33K031 cartridges with a SuppliesMAX alternative built to OEM specifications. Each cartridge yields approximately 28000 pages at five percent coverage, making the set suitable for high-volume monochrome printing in office environments. The product is new and manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities using new and recycled components.

Print quality and device operation

Crisp black output and clear contrast are delivered through quality components designed for reliable everyday performance. Installation is straightforward in supported 110V machines sold in the U.S., and the cartridges are engineered to work without affecting the printer’s normal operation. Manufacturing standards aim to meet or exceed the original equipment specifications for consistent results across the full yield.

Upgrade from single cartridges

The twin-pack doubles the available supply compared to a single cartridge, reducing the frequency of replacements for busy workgroups. Buyers who need colour output or MICR encoding should look elsewhere, as this set provides black toner only and is not MICR toner. The 30-day manufacturer warranty covers the compatible cartridges, and use of these products does not void the printer manufacturer’s warranty under U.S. law.

Questions about this item

How do I install the TN-513 cartridge in a bizhub 454e and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, pull out the drum unit, press the green lever to release the old cartridge, insert the new TN-513 until it clicks, then slide the drum unit back in and close the cover. The step people skip is forgetting to remove the orange protective seal from the new cartridge before insertion.

What maintenance or replacement will the SuppliesMAX 2-pack need after the 28000-page yield is reached?

Each black cartridge prints up to 28000 pages at 5% coverage. When print density fades or the printer signals low toner, replace the empty cartridge with the second unit from the pack. No separate drum replacement is included; the existing drum unit stays in the machine unless it shows wear.

What limit appears first during sustained high-volume printing with these cartridges?

The page yield of 28000 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage is the first limit. Heavy coverage jobs will reach that limit sooner, while the printer's 110V power design and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 manufacturing standards do not impose a lower threshold.
