What this product is

This two-pack of SuppliesMax black MICR toner cartridges replaces Troy 02-81675-001. Each cartridge yields up to 9000 pages at 5% coverage. Magnetic toner formulation meets bank requirements for secure check and barcode printing. Designed for businesses that print high volumes of negotiable documents.

The specification that decides fit

Cartridges work only with the listed HP LaserJet Enterprise and Managed models in the 501, 506 and 527 series. They are built for 110 V U.S.-based printers. Buyers with printers outside those series or on different voltage cannot use this pack.

Installation and common issues

Cartridges install like standard HP toner units; no special tools are needed. The most frequent problem is a printer firmware update that blocks third-party chips, causing a non-genuine warning. If that occurs, the cartridge will not print until the printer accepts the chip or the firmware is rolled back.

Questions about this item

How many pages will the 9000-page yield actually deliver in my printer?

The 9000-page figure is measured at 5% coverage per page; heavier text or graphics will reduce the count, while lighter coverage can extend it.

What printer interface or standard does this MICR cartridge rely on?

It fits the standard cartridge slot in the listed HP LaserJet Enterprise and Managed M501, M506 and M527 models; no special interface is required.

What physical space or mounting does the 2-pack need inside the printer?

Each cartridge installs directly into the printer’s toner bay; the pack simply contains two individual units that occupy the same slot one at a time.
