MICR Jumbo Toner for Enterprise Printers

This SuppliesMax compatible cartridge replaces the Troy 02-82020-001J MICR jumbo toner. It yields approximately 18000 pages at 5% coverage. The magnetic black toner is engineered for secure check and barcode printing on supported HP LaserJet Enterprise devices.

For High-Volume Check Printing

Organisations that print large volumes of bank-compliant documents on listed HP Enterprise M604, M605, M606, M625 or M630 series printers will benefit from the jumbo yield. Buyers who need colour output or who operate printers outside the stated compatibility list should look at other supplies.

18000-Page Yield at 5% Coverage

The approximate page yield of 18000 pages at 5% coverage is the key specification for planning supply cycles. This figure determines how often the cartridge must be replaced in high-volume MICR printing environments.

Questions about this item

Will the SuppliesMAX Troy 02-82020-001J cartridge work in my HP LaserJet Enterprise M605 that currently uses an HP 81A toner?

Yes, this cartridge replaces the HP CF281A (HP 81A) and is compatible with the HP LaserJet Enterprise M605 series listed in the compatibility data.

How can I verify the magnetic toner is printing valid MICR characters after installation?

Print a test check or MICR font sample; the magnetic signal should read cleanly on a MICR gauge or bank scanner, confirming the toner meets ANSI X9 standards for check processing.

Does the single pack include a drum unit or waste toner container, or must I buy them separately?

The pack contains one toner cartridge only; the drum unit and waste toner container are separate consumables that stay in the printer and are not included.
