MICR toner for check printing

The SuppliesMax Valhalla 956-155-MICR is a new compatible black toner cartridge built for magnetic ink character recognition. It replaces the Valhalla 956-155-MICR original and works in the Valhalla VI-5000 printer series. The cartridge is engineered for secure check and barcode output that meets banking standards.

Consistent output in supported printers

Manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities, the cartridge is designed for 110V U.S.-based machines and installs without modification. Print quality is maintained across the rated life to support high-volume workflows. Using this compatible supply does not void the printer manufacturer warranty.

Ten thousand pages at five percent coverage

The approximate yield is 10000 pages measured at .05 coverage, making it suitable for regular batch printing of financial documents. Buyers who need higher capacity or colour output should look elsewhere. The single black cartridge ships in a one-pack configuration.

Questions about this item

How do I install the SuppliesMax Valhalla 956-155-MICR cartridge in my VI-5000 printer, and what step is often missed?

Open the printer front cover, remove the old cartridge, gently rock the new cartridge five to six times to distribute the magnetic toner evenly, pull the sealing tape straight out, then insert until it clicks. Many users forget the rocking step, which causes faint MICR lines on the first cheques.

What maintenance or replacement will the SuppliesMax Valhalla 956-155-MICR cartridge need after the initial 10000-page yield?

Once the 10000 pages at .05 coverage are printed, replace the cartridge with a new SuppliesMax 956-155-MICR unit. No separate drum, developer or waste-toner bottle is required for this all-in-one design.

What limit appears first during sustained high-volume cheque printing with the SuppliesMax Valhalla 956-155-MICR?

The 10000-page yield at .05 coverage is the first limit; magnetic toner density remains stable until the cartridge is empty, so print quality does not degrade before the page count is reached.
