SuppliesMax Vertex 810 Ribbon 6 Pack

This six-pack of purple printer ribbons is a compatible replacement for the Vertex VEX021000P cartridge. It fits the Vertex 810 time clock and is built to match OEM specifications for sharp, professional output on receipts and invoices. The ribbons are manufactured in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified facilities using new and recycled components. They are designed for 110V machines sold in the U.S.

Upgrades from worn OEM ribbons

The pack replaces Vertex part numbers VEX021000P, VEX021010P and VEX021030P when print quality fades or ribbons run dry. Excellent ink retention reduces the frequency of changes during high-volume business printing. The jump is worth it when consistent, reliable operation is needed for daily time-clock records. Using compatible supplies does not void the machine manufacturer warranty under U.S. law.

Sustained high-volume printing

Under continuous use the ribbon maintains consistent density across long print runs without light or patchy lines. Ink retention keeps output readable for receipts and invoices over extended periods. The cartridge construction supports reliable feeding in the Vertex 810 mechanism during repeated cycles. A 30-day manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Questions about this item

Will these ribbons fit the Vertex 810 time clock without modification?

Yes, they are built as direct replacements for the Vertex 810 and match the original cartridge dimensions.

What is the correct way to seat the ribbon cartridge, and what step do users often skip?

Open the printer cover, remove the old cartridge, insert the new one until it clicks firmly into both side latches, then advance the ribbon manually one full turn before closing the cover.

How often should I expect to replace each purple ribbon in a busy office?

Excellent ink retention extends life, but actual interval depends on print volume; keep a spare from the 6 pack ready for when print density fades.
