Questions about this item

How do I install the SuppliesMax Yellow Toner Cartridge 42918901 in my Okidata C9600 and what step is commonly missed?

Open the front cover, pull out the old yellow cartridge, remove the new cartridge from its bag, gently shake it side to side to distribute toner evenly, then slide it firmly into the yellow slot until it clicks. The step most people skip is the shake — without it the first prints can show streaks or light patches.

What will need replacement after the SuppliesMax Yellow Toner Cartridge 42918901 reaches its 15000 page yield at 5% coverage?

The cartridge itself is the only consumable you replace. When print quality fades or the printer signals low toner, install a new SuppliesMax Yellow Toner Cartridge 42918901. No separate drum, developer or waste bottle is required for this model.

What limit appears first during long print runs with the SuppliesMax Yellow Toner Cartridge 42918901 in an Okidata C9800?

The 15000 page yield at 5% coverage is the first limit you hit. Heavy graphics or solid colour areas use more toner per page, so the cartridge empties sooner. The printer will alert you when toner runs low.
