Carpet Protection Film

Surface Shields carpet protection film comes in a 24-inch by 200-foot clear roll. The plastic material shields carpet and flooring from salt, mud, snow and rain during construction or moving. It is supplied new and ready for immediate use on site.

Simple Roll-Out Installation

The film unrolls directly onto the carpet and adheres without separate tape. Applying even pressure prevents wrinkles and air pockets that reduce coverage. Cutting the sheet cleanly at edges avoids loose strips that can create trip hazards. Removing the film slowly at a low angle stops adhesive residue from remaining on the fibres.

Questions about this item

How can I tell the carpet shield is protecting the carpet properly after I lay it down?

The clear plastic film should lie flat across the 24-inch width and stay in place without shifting, showing no salt, mud, snow or rain reaching the carpet underneath.

What comes in the box and what do I need to buy separately?

The roll supplies 200 feet of 24-inch-wide clear plastic carpet shield; no adhesive, tape or dispenser is included, so purchase those separately if you need them for installation.
