SWDSTP SWD-601 AM/FM Pocket Radio with LCD Backlight

Pocket AM/FM radio for active listeners

The SWDSTP SWD-601 is a credit-card sized digital tuner covering FM 60-108MHz and AM 520-1710KHz. It stores 70 presets (50 FM, 20 AM) and uses a DSP chip with the earphone cord as antenna for stable reception. Weighing 1.14oz at 3.5 x 1.5 x 0.3 in, it targets walkers, joggers and campers who want broadcast audio without a phone.

Bundled earphones and clip change daily use

Stereo earphones with 3.5mm plug deliver the audio and double as the FM antenna; the manual stresses inserting them fully for best results. A removable belt clip and long lanyard let the unit attach to waistbands or bags during exercise. A lock button prevents accidental presses when the radio rides in a pocket, and a backlit LCD shows frequency and clock data.

400mAh battery gives roughly 10 hours play

The built-in cell runs about 10 hours per charge and tolerates around 500 charge cycles. Timed shutdown can be set from 10 to 90 minutes in 10-minute steps for fall-asleep listening. Recharge takes 2-4 hours depending on charger current; the maker advises against high-current adapters to preserve lifespan. Buyers needing weather-band alerts, Bluetooth streaming or multi-day battery life should look elsewhere.
