Pocket-Sized AM/FM Radio

The SWDSTP SWD-767 is a credit-card-sized portable radio weighing 44 grams and measuring 3.3 in x 1.85 in x 0.5 in. It receives AM and FM bands using a DSP chip and the included earphone cord as an antenna. A built-in 500 mAh rechargeable battery powers the unit for up to 10 hours per charge.

Ideal for Active Listeners

Walkers, joggers and cyclists will appreciate the removable belt clip and lock button that prevents accidental pocket operation. The package includes stereo earphones with a 3.5 mm plug for private listening. Buyers who want built-in speakers, Bluetooth streaming or weather-alert functions should look at a different device.

Reception Range and Battery Headroom

FM coverage spans 64/87-108 MHz and AM covers 520-1710 KHz with 20 volume levels for fine adjustment. A full charge takes 2-4 hours depending on the charger current and the battery retains usable charge for roughly three months when the radio is switched off. The cell is rated for about 500 charge cycles before capacity noticeably declines.
