Desktop stapler for light office use

The Swingline Optima 25 is a full-size manual stapler with an orange-and-gray plastic housing that protects the internal metal mechanism. It holds a full strip of 210 staples and fastens up to 25 sheets of paper per action. A low-staple indicator shows when a refill is needed.

Suits home or small-office desks needing quiet.

The reduced-effort design and soft ergonomic grip make repeated stapling comfortable for everyday document assembly. Buyers who need to staple more than 25 sheets at once or who prefer an electric model for high-volume tasks should look at a different product type.

Check staple compatibility

The stapler works best with Swingline Optima or S.F. 3 staples that have standard ¼-inch legs. Verify that the 1.87-inch length, 7.12-inch width and 3.12-inch height fit the available desktop area. No other accessories are required for operation.
