What the pack contains

This value pack bundles a manual plastic stapler, 5000 standard staples and a staple remover in black. It is aimed at office workers, students and home users who want a complete desktop stapling kit in one purchase. The stapler holds a full strip of 210 staples and includes a low-staple indicator for timely refills. Antimicrobial protection makes it suitable for shared workspaces.

Operation and maintenance

The stapler is a manual desktop model measuring 8.6 L x 5.6 W x 1.4 H inches and weighing .63 pounds. It fastens up to 20 sheets of paper using standard 1/4 inch leg staples and is designed for jam-free performance. Tacking and pinning modes are activated by opening the top or reversing the anvil. No power source is required and the plastic construction keeps running noise to a minimum.

When to choose this kit

The pack replaces the need to buy a stapler, staples and remover separately, saving setup time for new desks or restocking supply closets. It is not suited for users who regularly staple more than 20 sheets at once or who prefer electric or heavy-duty metal models. Buyers needing higher capacity or specialised formats should look at larger-format staplers.

Questions about this item

How do I load staples into the Swingline S7054551H, and what step is often missed?

Open the top cover, insert a full strip of 210 staples into the channel, and close firmly until it clicks; the step people miss is pushing the strip all the way to the back so the follower engages properly.

What will need replacement after the included 5000 staples run out?

You will need standard Swingline S.F. 4 Premium Staples with 1/4 inch leg length; the plastic stapler and remover are built to last and do not have scheduled replacement parts.

At what sheet count does the stapler start to jam or misfire during a long session?

The limit is 20 sheets of standard paper; exceeding that capacity causes misformed staples and jams even though the pack is labelled jam free.
