Adds four Gigabit Ethernet ports via PCIe x4 with low-profile bracket and Wake-on-LAN support
This Syba PCIe x4 expansion card adds four RJ45 ports to a desktop, workstation or server. Each port operates at 10, 100 or 1000 Mbps and supports Wake-On-LAN plus RealWoW! Remote Wake-Up. The board fits any PCI Express x4, x8 or x16 slot and includes both a 12 cm and an 8 cm low-profile bracket for small-form-factor cases. It is compatible with Windows 98SE through Windows 10, Linux and macOS 10.7.
Under continuous load the four ports share the PCIe x4 host link, so aggregate bandwidth scales with the number of active connections rather than peaking on a single burst. IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging and compliance with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u and 802.3ab keep frame processing deterministic during long transfers. The controller also negotiates 2.5 Gigabit speeds where the link partner supports it, reducing head-of-line blocking on busy segments.
Verify that your motherboard has a free PCIe x4, x8 or x16 slot and that the chassis can accommodate either the standard 12 cm bracket or the supplied 8 cm low-profile bracket. Confirm the target operating system appears in the supported list, as no driver media is included in the package. Ensure cabling and switch ports are rated for at least Gigabit Ethernet to avoid negotiating down to 100 Mbps.

The card uses a PCIe x4 interface and has no separate power connector, so it draws all power from the slot; typical load stays within the 25 W slot limit.
It fits any PCIe x4, x8 or x16 slot and ships with both a 12 cm full-height bracket and an 8 cm low-profile bracket for small cases.
Yes, each RJ45 port supports 10, 100, 1000 and 25000 Mbps speeds and is compliant with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u and 802.3ab, so it auto-negotiates with legacy gear.
