PS5-Ready Wireless Headset

The syndesmos Captain 370 is a white over-ear headset built for PlayStation 5, PC and Nintendo Switch via its 2.4GHz USB dongle, with Bluetooth 5.3 for phones and tablets. It targets gamers who want a single headset for console matches and everyday mobile use.

Dongle and Cable Enable Multi-Platform Play

The box includes a 2.4GHz dongle for low-latency wireless audio on PS5, PC and Switch, plus a Type-C charging cable. Removing the boom mic leaves the built-in microphone active for Bluetooth calls, so the same hardware covers competitive chat and casual listening.

Check Your Device Ports Before Buying

Verify your PS5, PC or Switch has a free USB-A port for the 2.4GHz dongle; Bluetooth 5.3 handles phones and tablets without a port. The 3.5mm jack offers a wired fallback, but no 3.5mm cable length is specified, so confirm your controller or device reaches comfortably.

Questions about this item

How long does the 45-hour battery last before it needs replacing?

The built-in battery is not user-replaceable; after many charge cycles its capacity will gradually decline, at which point the headset would need service or replacement.

What stops the 2.4 GHz link during a marathon session?

The 45-hour battery limit is reached first; when the charge runs out the wireless connection stops until you recharge via the Type-C cable.

How warm do the 50 mm drivers and ear cups get after all-day use?

The over-ear design with protein-leather cushions and memory foam is built for long sessions, and passive cooling keeps temperatures comfortable during extended wear.
