The Systor PMBC-P-BD-09 is a standalone duplicator that copies between USB, SD, CF and optical media without a computer. It serves archivists, media labs and offices that need mirror-image duplicates of discs or flash cards in a single self-contained unit.

Front-Load Operation with 128 MB Buffer

Load a source disc or flash card into the source bay and up to nine target discs into the writer bays, then start the copy from the front panel. The 128 MB buffer smooths data flow, but discs with copy protection or encryption will not burn and multi-session jobs must be planned manually.

SATA Interface Limits Speed to 33 MB/s

Internal SATA drives cap sustained throughput at 33 MB/s, so BD-R tops out at 14X and DVD±R at 24X regardless of media rating. Large flash cards that exceed a single disc capacity automatically span across multiple discs, but the fixed bus speed remains the bottleneck for every job.
