Standalone USB Duplicator

The Systor SYS-USBD-47 copies up to 47 USB flash drives simultaneously without a host computer. It targets IT departments, duplication services and educators who need reliable, high-volume media reproduction. The unit operates in synchronous or asynchronous modes, allowing each channel to load, unload and copy independently. A built-in LCD screen and four-key control provide a complete standalone workflow.

USB Interface Throughput

The duplicator supports USB 1.1, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 media through its internal SATA connection. Sustained copy speed reaches 33 MB/s, equivalent to roughly 2 GB per minute, which is the practical ceiling of the USB 2.0 signalling used for the bulk transfer path. Asynchronous operation hides this limit by overlapping load and unload cycles, but the per-channel data rate cannot exceed the stated interface maximum.

Capacity and Erasure Headroom

The 256 MB buffer handles whole-media, bit-for-bit duplication of any file system including FAT16, FAT32, NTFS and Linux EXT2/3/4. Quick-copy mode copies only allocated data, while full-media mode replicates every sector regardless of format or capacity. A DoD-compliant erase function provides three formatting options for secure sanitisation. The 400 W power supply drives all 47 ports concurrently, though very high-capacity drives will extend cycle times proportionally.
