Mobile Live-Streaming Power Vest

The SZJELEN V-Mount Battery Backpack Plate Vest is a wearable rig built for mobile live streaming and outdoor broadcast work. It integrates a V-mount battery clamp with a right-angle expansion bracket and a three-port D-tap splitter to power cameras, transmitters and stabilisers from a single pack. A decompression harness and lightweight ABS construction keep the load comfortable during long shoots. Two expandable plates provide numerous 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads for mounting clamps, magic arms or lights.

Solo Operators and Small Crews

This vest suits camera operators who need to run ARRI or RED cameras with V-mount batteries without a dedicated assistant. It also fits solo streamers who want hands-free mobility and multiple power outputs for accessories. Teams that rely on Gold-mount or proprietary battery systems will not find a matching plate here. Productions requiring an integrated video transmitter or recorder should look at dedicated broadcast backpacks instead.

Integrated Power Distribution

The bundled three-port D-tap female splitter lets you feed a camera, a wireless video link and a monitor simultaneously from one battery. The right-angle V-mount expansion bracket clears space for a gimbal or stabiliser mount while keeping the battery secure. Multiple 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads on the two expandable boards accept clamps, magic arms or LED lights, turning the vest into a configurable rig without extra cages.

Questions about this item

What V-Mount battery do I need to power this backpack plate?

Any V-Mount battery will work because the built-in clamp accepts the standard V-Mount interface.

Can I keep using my ARRI or RED camera with this vest?

Yes, the plate is listed as compatible with ARRI and RED cameras, so your existing camera body mounts directly.

How do I confirm the D-tap splitter is delivering power after I connect it?

Power your attached devices — monitors, transmitters or lights — and verify they turn on and run from the three D-tap ports.
