8" Centerset Workboard Faucet

The T&S Brass B-1123 is a deck-mounted bath faucet with an 8-inch centerset mounting pattern. It features two lever handles and a swing nozzle designed for workboard or utility sink use. The bronze body and chrome-plated escutcheon suit commercial or heavy-duty residential installations.

Two Lever Handles with 062X Nozzle

Two lever handles provide independent hot and cold water control for precise temperature adjustment. The 062X swing nozzle directs flow across the basin and retracts when not needed. Removable seats simplify internal maintenance and extend service life without replacing the entire valve body.

1/2" IPS Thread Connection

Installation uses standard 1/2-inch IPS threaded supply connections compatible with common plumbing rough-ins. The 10-1/2-inch long by 2-inch wide escutcheon covers the mounting holes for a clean finish. Ensure the deck thickness allows secure fastening of the centerset body before beginning work.

Questions about this item

How often should the removable seats in the B-1123 faucet be replaced?

The removable seats are designed for long service; replace them only if dripping appears at the spout or handles, which typically occurs after several years of normal use.

What limits continuous flow through the 1/2" IPS supply connections?

The 1/2" IPS thread supply lines set the practical flow ceiling; the bronze body and 062X nozzle deliver full pressure until the supply piping or building pressure becomes the restriction.

How much heat transfers to the chrome escutcheon during all-day hot-water use?

The 10-1/2" by 2" chrome-plated escutcheon warms to near water temperature but remains safe to touch; the bronze body dissipates heat quickly once flow stops.
