TableCraft 7412 Potato Masher

The TableCraft 7412 is a stainless steel potato masher designed for commercial breakrooms and high-volume food preparation. Its diamond-pattern face breaks down potatoes and root vegetables efficiently for mashing tasks. The 13 1/2 inch overall length provides reach into deep pots. It suits professional kitchens needing a durable hand tool.

Simple hand tool with dishwasher-safe cleanup

No assembly or installation is required; the masher is ready for immediate use. The one-piece steel construction eliminates loose parts or handle detachment during heavy pressing. Dishwasher-safe materials allow thorough sanitisation between uses. Improper leverage on extremely dense foods may bend the face over time.

Manual operation limits speed and consistency

Hand-powered mashing depends on user strength and technique, so texture varies between batches. The fixed diamond face cannot be swapped for finer or coarser patterns. Large-volume service requires repeated manual effort, slowing prep compared to electric ricers. The tool lacks measurement markings for portion control.
