Supports twelve graphics cards on an LGA 1151 B250 board with SATA and DDR4
The Taifast motherboard uses the Intel B250 chipset and an LGA 1151 socket to support Core i7, i5 and i3 processors. It provides twelve PCIe slots for graphics cards, making it suitable for builds that need many GPUs in a single system. The board runs DDR4 memory in dual-channel mode.
Graphics cards connect through PCIe slots that transfer data over the PCI-E interface. Storage drives attach via SATA ports, while peripherals use USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 headers. These interfaces set the practical bandwidth ceiling for attached devices. No other high-speed interfaces are present on this board.
The board is supplied new and described by the manufacturer as high quality. Twelve GPU slots demand a spacious chassis and robust power distribution to keep every card seated and powered. Dual-channel DDR4 slots and standard SATA headers follow familiar layouts, so assembly uses common cables and modules.

This motherboard provides twelve GPU slots, so it is sized for a full 12 GPU mining rig rather than a smaller configuration.
Twelve PCIe slots let you connect up to twelve graphics cards simultaneously, but each card will run at reduced lane width because the B250 chipset has limited PCIe lanes.
USB 3.0 tops out at 5 Gbps theoretical bandwidth, so external drives or peripherals will not exceed that speed on this motherboard.
