Shipping-grade water-activated tape

Tape Logic 7500 is a reinforced, pre-printed water-activated tape designed for high-volume shipping departments and fulfilment centres. Each roll measures three inches wide by four hundred fifty feet long, and the pack contains ten rolls. The transparent material shows the printed "Stop" message clearly while bonding securely to corrugated cartons.

Capacity and headroom

Ten rolls provide four thousand five hundred total feet of tape, supporting extended packing sessions without frequent changeovers. The reinforced construction resists splitting on heavy or overstuffed boxes, while the water-activated adhesive penetrates fibres for a tamper-evident seal. Very light envelopes or non-porous poly mailers may not achieve full bond strength.

Thermals, noise and power draw

Application requires only a water-activated tape dispenser and a water reservoir; no electricity or heat source is needed. The process is silent apart from the dispenser mechanism, and there is no warm-up time or ongoing power consumption. Rolls store flat at room temperature and remain ready for immediate use.

Questions about this item

Will the 3 in x 450 ft rolls work with my existing water-activated tape dispenser?

The rolls measure 3 inches wide by 450 feet long, a common size for standard gummed-tape dispensers; check your dispenser's maximum roll width and core diameter to confirm fit.

How can I verify the reinforced fibers are activating properly after I wet the tape?

After moistening, the embedded reinforcement threads should become visible through the transparent backing and the adhesive should bond instantly to corrugated cartons without curling.

Does the pack of 10 include a dispenser or cutting tool, or must I purchase one separately?

The package contains ten pre-printed reinforced water-activated tape rolls only; a compatible dispenser or cutting tool is not included and must be sourced separately.
